How do I order your buttercream flower cakes?

Fill up your Enquiry Form with the following information:

  1. Colour Palette

  2. Flower Type

  3. Size of Cake

  4. Date of Order

  5. Additional Requests

Due to the fact that there is much handiwork going into the flowers, please send your form in at least 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE. This gives us time to be able to confirm your order.

Do you do fondant cakes?

No, because our specialty is buttercream cakes. This also includes FONDANT FIGURINES AND LETTERING. However, fondant numbers are not a problem for cake toppers! Simply add it in as a request for your order, and we will give you an additional quotation.

How should I store my cake?

Our cakes last well in air-conditioned rooms (around 18-20 degrees Celcius) for up to 4 hours. It is not recommended to put your cake under direct sunlight, or in hot and humid areas.

If refrigerated, simply take the cake out at least 1 hour before consumption to allow for thawing of the buttercream. This is important as it ensures that the texture of your cake is not affected! Leftovers can be stored in an air-tight container for up to 3 days; just remember to thaw it again before consumption.

What are your methods of collection for your baked goods?

Currently, we offer only self-collection and delivery. However, an exception would be for our choux, where meetups are available ONLY during preorders.

For our delivery, there will be an additional charge varying from $10-20 depending on location. If your total bill is $100, delivery is free!

Why is there a difference in price for your choux preorders ($18.00) versus after ($20.00)?

Since the flavours are launched in collections, we cater to each set within a certain time frame of 2 weeks. Therefore, when the preorder is over, the set price for each box is at $20.

I want to order for a corporate event. What should I do?

You can fill up our Enquiry Form with your details (what you want to order and when, if there are any special requests, etc.), or alternatively send us an email at wearethreehalves.gmail.com. We will send you a reply within 2 working days with a price quotation.

Why are there straws or dowels in my cake?

For taller cakes, we insert these straws and/or dowels to allow for better structural stability. However, please be rest assured that they are made out of food-safe materials. Just remember to take them out before serving!
